the gym had a decent selection of equipment for a quick workout.

i was disappointed by the temperature in my room. the air conditioning was not effective, so i was very warm at night. it impacted my sleep quality and overall comfort. i mentioned it to the staff, but nothing changed.

myself and my husband enjoyed a short trip. from arrival, staff members provided friendly service. i especially appreciated the prompt help, our check-in went smoothly. the hotel offered a diverse breakfast selection, catering to varied tastes. the bar area offered a relaxing atmosphere.

the gym was sometimes crowded, difficult to fully use all the equipment when i wanted to.

My beloved and i ventured on a trip! the staff immediately. barbara fagan was a shining star. She helped make my love's birthday extra special. the hotel was immaculate, and the breakfast variety delighted us both. the location allowed easy exploration and quiet nights. it was magical!!!

The air conditioning was not very cold. It was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay.

The breakfast included many options. I enjoyed the variety. The location offered convenient access to the tram and rail system. I arrived several hours early, but the reception was helpful and checked me in quickly. The room service delivered extra pillows in just five minutes (a good service!).

The bathroom had dust and cobwebs. This was easily avoidable. The shower was backing up during our first use. This should have been checked before my arrival. The toilet and bathroom were separate. This was inconvenient when someone was using the bathroom.
